A Team with Heart

We are very proud of our staff, all 20 of them! They were all born in Lek’s homeland, Siam, as it was once known, now Thailand, the “Land of Smiles”. We know they will bring many of their home traditions here to the House of Siam, Bowness-on-Windermere. 

The service they provide comes from the heart.

We have new chefs recruited from Lek’s home city, Chon Buri, on the Gulf of Thailand, where she was once a teacher at the College of Catering Management, so she knows many chefs in the area, and has been able to choose the best of them to prepare authentic Thai food here in Bowness-on-Windermere.
